BEN WILSON CONTINUES HIS TESTING

Following his decision to return to the National Superstock Championship for 2007, Boston rider Ben Wilson is making steady progress with the new K7 GSX-R 1000 Suzuki.

After a shakedown test at Cadwell Park two weeks ago Ben returned to the county circuit on Thursday to put the bike through its paces again.

This time the weather was much kinder to him and he was able to post some pretty respectable times throughout the day.

“Over the last week we have added some more parts to the bike and its going very well. In fact we are not far away from the times set by the top riders in last year’s Superstock race at Cadwell in August,” said Ben. “We have only had the bike on track twice so far and although we realise the need for some further testing prior to the first race at Brands we are well on course and looking forward to the challenge.”
